Queer Business BC Welcomes Three New Board Members

Queer Business BC is excited to announce the appointment of three new members to our Board of Directors: Andrew Gray, Tabitha McIntyre, and Kyle Krawchuk. These leaders bring a dynamic range of experience across coaching, operations, DEI, finances, event management, and organizational leadership, further strengthening our mission to support and grow 2SLGBTQIA+ businesses and professionals across British Columbia. 

Andrew Gray (He/him), Queer Business BC Vice Chair

Andrew is an Executive Leadership Coach and People and Culture professional with 15 years of experience elevating human potential and the employee experience. His background spans operations and community engagement across the City of Toronto, Ontario Public Service, TELUS, and Vancouver Fraser Port Authority—where he brings a values-driven, mindful approach to leadership and growth. Andrew is the former Global Chair of Spectrum, TELUS’ 2SLGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group with over 2,000 members, and has led global initiatives advancing inclusion, equity, and empowerment. He has also served as Communications Chair for Purple Elephant and President of the Coal Harbour Residents Association. Known for bridging strategy with heart, Andrew is a catalyst for inclusive, transformative change—within organizations and across communities.

Tabitha is a seasoned project and operations leader currently working as Managing Director with Pride in Art Society/Queer Arts Festival. With experience across creative industries and non-profit sectors, Tabitha has a strong track record in administrative expertise, operations, and dedication to strengthening queer business networks. As Director at Large for Vancouver Pride and founding President of Pride Squamish, Tabitha is deeply invested in reshaping structures to centre justice, sustainability, and innovation. 


Kyle Krawchuk
(He/him), Queer Business BC Treasurer

Kyle is a senior marketing and communications professional with over a decade of experience in media relations, strategic planning and issues management. Fluent in five languages, Kyle’s career has seen him work in Canada, Europe and China with well-known clients in a variety of industries, from real estate and government to education and transportation. He currently serves on the board of directors for the John Howard Society of BC, the John Howard Society of Canada and the Vancouver Heritage Foundation. He has also previously served on the City of Vancouver’s Civic Asset Naming Committee where he helped increase the number of streets named after people from equity-deserving groups.

I am excited to join Queer Business BC and help support the queer business community in the province.”

These new directors not only bring a wealth of professional experience, but also lived experience and community insight that will guide Queer Business BC as we continue to build spaces where queer entrepreneurs, professionals, and allies can thrive.
